We can no longer offer re-sizing or size adjustments to collection pieces
If you have bought a ring after the 16/03/2022 and it doesn't fit then please follow these instructions
to return it for a full refund. Then you can try again and purchase the correct size.
Why? You might ask! Well....
Resizing the band at the back of our rings often opens up the stone holding claws at the front. This causes the stone to wobble and means that its needs resetting, which subsequently damages our gold plated manicures. Our manicures alone take up to 4weeks to achieve going through three different processes. So unfortunately, it just takes up too much time in our workshop which we could spend making more beautiful jewellery for you all to enjoy instead!
For this reason we have chosen to simplify the process to the return and reorder system which is much easier for us to manage. Thank you so much for your dedication and understanding. We really appreciate your help, hopefully this way we can please as many pigeon fanciers as fairly and efficiently as possible.
