Labradorite

Labradorite is the stone incarnation of a peacock feather. The grey stone has directional flashes of 'labradorescence' in green, blue, violet, purple and gold, just like a peacock feather. To us she is the dark sister of moonstone, although technically unrelated. Labradorite is an opaque stone letting in no light at all. She is full of inclusions that make up the veiny black patterns across her surface, this also can make her a little brittle.
