Rose is a pale pink shade of the quartz crystal with its colour due to trace amounts of titanium, iron or manganese. The stone generally has a low clarity making it milky. Sometimes we can find pieces with a better clarity which gives them more sparkle but most will be cloudy with a subtle pink hue. We often pair the pale stone with hot pink rubies to bring out the subtle pink tones. The colour is considered to be due to trace amounts of titanium, iron or manganese within the quartz crystal.
