UK ORDERS:
We aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days of the date of your order using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a next-day delivery service.
You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number by email once your order is on the way to you.
If you're not home when your postman/woman delivers your order they will leave a 'whilst you were out' card and you can arrange re-delivery or collection from your local Royal Mail collection office.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days of the date of your order using our international courier DPD (or for some countries Royal Mail International).
Unfortunately, international orders are subject to customs checks which can occasionally cause delays. Most orders are delivered within 10 days from dispatch.
You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number by email once your order is on the way to you.
