Refunds and Repairs

Our Returns Policy:
 
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS REFUND POLICY:
Purchases made between 10th November 2023 and 21st December 2023 can be returned for a full refund until 31st January 2024. 
Our office and workshop will be closed from 22nd December to 8th January. 
Please do not to post any returns to arrive during this period. However, Royal Mail will keep any undelivered items safe until we re-open.
 
Although we have every faith that you will love and cherish your new jewellery purchase forever, if for whatever reason, she is not quite to your taste we will issue you a full refund upon her safe return. You have 30 days from the date you've received your delivery to return your order for a full refund.
  
Please return your order unworn and in the original jewellery box. 
Any return postage cost is the customer's responsibility. 
Tessa Metcalfe Ltd. does not accept responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
 
Exempt from refund are bespoke commissions or any jewellery altered to a customer's request.
    
How to return your order for refund:
    
Download, print & fill in a copy of our Return Form to include in your return parcel. You can also handwrite this if you don't have a printer.
      
Please return your order unworn and in the original jewellery box. 
Any return postage cost is the customer's responsibility. 
 
UK Returns:
We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery for fast, insured and safe delivery.
Keep your tracking number safe.
International Returns:

We strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return your order. Keep your tracking number safe.

You must ensure that customs forms are correctly marked as 'Returned Goods'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred by Tessa Metcalfe Ltd., this will have to be passed back to the customer. It may also delay the refund process.

If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, please speak with your country's relevant customs or post department before returning the jewellery. 

 

Exchanges

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do NOT offer exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or preferred item fastest if you simply place a second order and once we receive your original order return, we'll issue a refund.

Heaven forbid any harm should come to your precious, but if for whatever reason your beloved piece of TM jewellery becomes damaged, (even if it is your fault), rest assured, as long as we can, we will repair, re-polish and replace stones to restore her to her former glory. We want you to enjoy your pigeon jewellery forever. 
   
To return an item for repair, please download and print the Repair Form and follow the instructions.

 Package your jewellery safely in its original packaging or other sturdy packaging and return to Tessa Metcalfe London using a tracked & insured postal service. Please enclose the completed Repairs Form. Keep your postal tracking number safe.

Once your repair has been received and assessed, we will be in touch to discuss the work required and any cost involved. Please note we cannot give exact repair cost quotations prior to receiving your jewellery. Any estimates are just a rough guide. Payments for chargeable repairs can be made by card or PayPal. Faulty jewellery will of course be repaired or replaced free-of-charge.

   
Free Manicure within the first year of purchase
  
To keep your pigeon looking beautiful we offer a complimentary manicure service within the first year of purchase. A return postage charge applies. (UK £9/Int £18).
 
The free manicure offer is available exclusively to jewellery bought directly from us, not through other shops, platforms or third parties.
 
  

Please follow our Ring Sizing Instructions to measure the correct ring size for you before returning the jewellery to us.

We try and do our bit to cut waste and look after our environment, so we choose to re-use packaging when returning jewellery to you.
