Refunds and Returns

Although we have every faith that you will love and cherish your piece forever, if for whatever reason, she is not quite to your taste we will issue you a full refund on her safe return. You have 30 days from the date you've received your delivery to return your order for a full refund.
  
Please download and print a copy of the Return Form and include it in your return parcel. Alternatively email us and we'll send you a copy. 
   
Please return your order in its original, unworn condition and jewellery box. 
Any return postage cost is the customers responsibility. 
For our UK customers we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery for fast, insured and safe delivery.
Tessa Metcalfe Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
 
Exempt from refund are Bespoke commissions or any jewellery altered to a customer request.

 

International Returns

When returning an item from outside the UK, please download and complete the Return Form and include in your parcel. 

Tessa Metcalfe Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Therefore we strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to Tessa Metcalfe.

You must ensure that any customs forms are correctly marked as 'Returned Goods'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred upon return. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.

If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, please speak with your country's relevant customs or post department before returning the item. 

 

Exchanges
Need a different ring size or prefer a different item?

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do NOT offer exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or preferred item fastest if you simply place a second order and once we receive your original order return, we'll issue a refund.
  
    
Damages and Repairs
   
Heaven forbid any harm should come to your precious, but if for whatever reason your beloved piece of TM jewellery becomes damaged, (even if it is your fault), rest assured, as long as we can, we will repair, re-polish and replace stones to restore her to her former glory. We want you to enjoy your pigeon jewellery forever. 
   
To return an item for repair, please download and print the Repair Form and follow the instructions.

 Package your jewellery safely in its original packaging or other sturdy packaging and return to Tessa Metcalfe London using a tracked & insured postal service. Please enclose the completed Repairs Form. Keep your postal tracking number safe.

UK CUSTOMERS: we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery for fast & insured, safe delivery.

Once your repair has been received and assessed, we will be in touch to discuss the work required and any cost involved. Please note we cannot give exact repair cost quotations prior to receiving your jewellery. Any estimates are just a rough guide. Payments for chargeable repairs can be made by card or PayPal. Faulty jewellery will of course be repaired or replaced free-of-charge.

   
Free Manicure within the first year of purchase
  
To keep your pigeon looking beautiful we offer a complimentary manicure within the first year of purchase.  A return postage charge is applicable. (UK £7.50/Int £15).
The free offer is available exclusively to pieces bought directly from us, not through other shops, platforms or third parties.
You can also purchase the manicure service at £35 + return postage thereafter. 
   
       
Ring Size Adjustment

If your new ring purchase doesn't quite fit perfectly we are able to offer one small size adjustment on the house within the first month of purchase. All we ask from you is to cover the return postage charge of UK £7.50/International £15.00 
Contact us within one month of purchase to request a return for resizing.

Please follow our Ring Sizing Instructions to measure the correct ring size for you before returning the jewellery to us.
  
Please download the Repair Form and follow the instructions to return your new ring purchase for a size adjustment.  Any return postage cost is the customers responsibility.
   
We try and do our bit to cut waste and look after our environment, so we choose to     re-use packaging when returning jewellery to you.
